• To create, prepare and disclose your rent credit report and related services to Renting Edge members as permitted by law;
• To maintain, update and disclose your rent credit report to you upon written request;
• To investigate and resolve inaccuracies in your rent credit report;
• To monitor, review and improve customer service and internal business processes;
• To audit or investigate the use of our products and services by our members;
• To create and develop new products and services;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or other illegal activity;
• To improve our website, including upgrading security measures;
• To send you promotional materials or communications regarding our content and services that we feel may be of interest to you;
• To evaluate the products and services that we offer, develop new or improved products or services and to better understand Renting Edge’s business environment;

• To conduct general research on topics of interest to Renting Edge and its customers;

• Other credit reporting agencies, including Equifax
• To vendors engaged by Renting Edge to provide certain services, including, but not limited to, payment processing management, credit screening, and vacancy management. Renting Edge maintenance contracts with our vendors requiring them to only use your personal information as necessary to provide their services and requiring them to comply with the requirements of this Privacy Policy and applicable laws; 
• Services used by Renting Edge to aid our ability to provide the best possible experience to our users;
• Renting Edge may need to share your information for law enforcement or other legal purposes. This type of sharing may be necessary in connection with a lawsuit, claim or investigation, governmental inquiry, court order, enforcement of legal rights (e.g., contract terms, intellectual property rights, etc.), safety issue, or other similar legal or security matter. By accessing or using this website and/or the service, you agree to be bound by this privacy policy and the applicable Terms of Use or Terms of Service agreement you entered into with Equifax and Transunion. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not access this website or use the service.

You consent to the collection of your personal information by Renting Edge for the purpose of creating, maintaining, and updating a rent credit report and for such information to be disclosed to and used by landlords, property managers and others for assessing suitability for tenancy, collecting debts, credit grantors assessing suitability for credit, and other credit reporting agencies including by not limited to Equifax to use in the creation of other credit reports.
